All guests must make reservations before arriving. Check in is between 12 pm and 5 pm. When making reservations please indicate estimated time of arrival. We want to be sure to have the house opened up and the gate unlocked. And, we want to greet you and make sure you are comfortable.
Reservations can be made by calling toll free 1-877-869-3001 or contacting us at info@bbarranch.com.
All guests must sign a release of liability form upon arrival at
the ranch.
A deposit of 1 night lodging is required to guarantee reservations. Deposits and payments can be made to B Bar Ranch Retreat LLC by cashier's check or cash. Cancellations made within 1 week of arrival will be charged a 1 night deposit but may apply it to a later stay within 6 months. No shows forfeit their deposit.
The B Bar Ranch Retreat is a member of The Texas Hotel and Lodging Association, the Eden Chamber of Commerce, the Menard Chamber of Commerce, and the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce.
