Located on a 200 acre working ranch with sheep and cattle. Newly restored 1900, historic, 2 story ranch house with western decor. Excellent for retreats, meetings, reunions. Offering country comfort, relaxing refuge from the outside world, secluded and quiet. Ammenities include:
- 4 bedrooms upstairs - 4 double beds - 4 single beds
- 2 bedrooms downstairs each with queen-size beds
- 2 bathrooms downstairs with tub and shower
- In room linens are provided in each bedroom
- Towels are provided in the 2 bathrooms
- 2 living rooms, 1 with fireplace
- Dining room with fireplace. In house tables will seat 16 guests.
- Semi-stocked kitchen includes stove and refrigerator with top freezer. Items furnished for self-catered continental style breakfast include coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold or hot cereal, milk and juice. Some spices, sauces and other incidentals are also available. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils. There is a microwave, toaster oven & coffee maker.
- Outside under a large pecan tree are 2 barbecue barrels.
- Telephone and local television are also available.
- Wrap around porch with view of large pecan trees and live oaks, ideal for wildlife photography including deer, humming birds, martins, turkey and the livestock that live on the property.
No smoking, no pets, no children under 18.
No firearms, fireworks, ATV's or 4 wheelers are permitted.
